moving license to a new server

I am authorized to generate TS Plus serials. I have a client that is consolidating their servers. Currently they have two servers that have TS Plus on them. After the consolidation the two will have been decommissioned and there will be a new server we need TS Plus on. The user count will stay the same on the consolidated server as were on the two servers before. All the servers are virtualized. How do I use the serials they have now in this situation? Right now, they have two 5 user TS Plus licenses - one on each server - I want a 10 user on their new server. Thanks in advance for attention to this.

Simply open a support ticket asking for a licensing rehost with the following information :

To generate your permanent license file after you subscribed to support, we need to receive from you the following informations:

- Serial Number located in the Admintool in the licensing tile.
- Purchase order of your original license.

You should receive the activation program within the next 24 hours.
If you have not received your permanent license within a day, please verify your spam folder and send us a reminder mail with the above required information.
