Slow touch response

Using a good tablet (galaxy tab 7), sometimes the touch works fine and then I get a lag and I have to press the screen for a while until to touch works. Is there a setting to ajust this?
It´s better use windows 10 that have native touch support?

Hello,
that is just because network stopped to send data to client. Wifi issue highly, anyway network issue. It resumes as soon data comes again, has nothing to do with touching.
Only you get feeling that could be touching issue because you do not get any response, in such case i run some clock with visible seconds counter, and while you get feeling it could stop to listen to touches, just take a look at clock, if its picture changes in this time.
However as you may understand, I can not fix your network lags.
