Hi TrevorX.
I have been through this. Port 80 has to be open for the automatic update to happen.
If you close it, you have to regularly remember to open it, run the Free Certificate wizard and then close it back again.
Cheers.
Ivan

Re: Ransomware After Install
Hi cheex. Do you use TSplus Web Credentials for the authentication process? If not, your user's laptop could have a virus which stole the TSplus Windows Server username and password as he typed them in at logon. After that, someone could have used it to Remote Desktop the server with valid credentia...

Re: Gateway login issue
Hi Kiemal. Sorry, I meant the Web Credential user. The Windows user can be set with upper cases and such. The problem is with the Web Credentials usernames, if you use them. This is what I mean: https://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs/web-credentials If you don't use Web Credentials, then something...

Re: Gateway login issue
Hi Kiemal.
That, I wouldn't know. Hopefully someone from TSP support will jump in and clarify.
I have never used "." in my usernames. Instead I use "_" when I want to separate composed names, something like "test_account".
If I were you, I would give it a shot and see if it works.
Best.

Re: Gateway login issue
Hi Kiemal.
I've run into this issue in the near past.
If you use Web Credentials, make sure all user names are defined with lower case characters only.
Hope it helps.
Cheers.

Re: Remote Desktop Client - Internal Error
Hi Simon.
I've had it happen a couple of times for the last month, but like after first failed attempt it worked. I haven't heard from users reporting this kind of issue (they all connect exclusively through HTML5), but have faced it myself with MSTSC (Windows 2012R2).
Cheers.

Re: Number of concurrent users
Hi.
I use Monitis and have created a custom monitor that sends me the number of current sessions at every 3 minutes, which is shown in a chart in my Monitis Dashboard for every server.
Best.

Re: Floating panel stops working
Hi Marsee. Just to let you know... I am not the one facing this issue. The original poster (Compuz) was the one reporting it. Once I saw it over here, it scared me that something like this could happen and then I asked for details, which unfortunately haven't been provided yet. But as I see, you hav...

Re: Web Credential for HTML 5 Clients log on problem.
Hi Alpin.
Thanks for the heads up, but we are in the same version, using exclusively HTML5 connections and I could not reproduce this behavior.
Cheers.
