Universal printer overloaded processor

We have a very serious problem. When we install version 9.50, the use of the universal printer (2-3 users) knocked down processor at 100%. In this way, users which print completely slow down the server (Windows 2012 R2, Core I7-4770, 32GB RAM). In print spooler remain undelete files and print servic...

Re: certificate of residence

First, thank you very much for your response. If I understand you correctly, FastSpring is the only payment service? Or I buy software directly from them? We need a "certificate" from a company that sells software to us. The ideal would be to do business with a European company (for USA companies we...

certificate of residence

This year changed the law in Serbia and now is introduced an additional tax on software purchased in some countries. This tax is not paid if we provide "ce...

Re: Universal Printer big problem

Win update is off and it we update server only manually (update is not apply at least 30 days). AV is update every day, but do not know how I can avoid it? Which AV do you recommend? On the server we do not use any other program. Does TSP have a system log where you can see what happened? Regards, NB

Re: Universal Printer big problem

We make full reinstall of TSP and this solved the problem. But I'm concerned that it is not clear how this happened. The settings on our server/TSP are not changed, users are limited to start only one (our) business application and everything worked properly for some time. Users might have Acrobat R...

Re: Universal Printer big problem

Correction: server reset has solved the problem for some users, but not for all. For some users still not working.

Universal Printer big problem

New problem :(

Printing stopped working (over Universal Printer) to all users of our server (Win 2012 R2). We hard reset the server, but it did not help. TSPlus Version 8.20.4.23

Please help.

Re: Remote Desktop Services has taken too long to load the u

Hello!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, our admin says that is this very difficult, because our server is domain controller, so if we apply this, it will disappear all settings. Do you have any other advice?

Regards, NB
