RDS Knight Blocking TSPLus (83.166.153.206)
Hi It seems strange that RDS Knight would not recognize its own download site http://dl-files.com/ because I found this IP address in the blocked IP address range because I have limited my server to Canada and the US. However, it does not make sense for RDS Knight to block its own download site. Can...

RDS using using 70% of System memory
Hi
I do not know the cause but RDS was using 5.7GB of ram on a 8 GB server (Windows Server 2012). So I restarted RDS Knight and the memory went down to 59 MB. Is there a way to limit the amount of memory RDS Knight uses?

Re: Logging Clients Activity
I never thought to look at Server Genius so thank-you for pointing me in that direction. It looks like what I need.

Logging Clients Activity
Hi I would like to be able to log when a user logs into the server and when they log out. So at a minimum I need the user name, date and time of login and date and time when they logout. It would also be helpful if I could log what applications they used. Is this possible and if so how is it done? T...

TSPlus Firewall
Hi I would like to get more detailed information about the TSPLus firewall. 1) Does it use less or more resources than the Windows Firewall? 2) Is it faster than the Windows Firewall. 3) Do you need to run both the Windows Firewall and the TSPlus Firewall? 4) Does the TSPlus Firewall use LiteDB? Tha...

Re: Where are the web credentials stored?
Support has been able to fix this problem. They changed a couple of security settings and things started to work again. They were unable to explain why it stopped working after two years.

Re: Where are the web credentials stored?
Hi After some javascript debugging I discovered that the responseText from the server contains an error message. This is why the login fails. I have added the error message to my support ticket and am waiting their response. Just for completeness here is what is returned to the browser when I try to...

Re: Where are the web credentials stored?
Yes I completely cleared browser cache of everything and I got the same result. So I tried from a Linux workstation that has never been used to access this site and the result is the same. The credentials are always invalid.

Re: Where are the web credentials stored?
Here is an example of what I am seeing. I created a new web user and assigned the password as "1234567". Then I tried to login and received the invalid credentials warning. You can see from the console that I entered the password correctly and that the user name matches the web credentials. . Simon
