Client often requires several connection attempts
Hi I am experiencing connection issues. Sometimes I connect to a server and the screen flashes and disappears or I get "An internal error occurred". I may have to try 5 or 6 times before I can successfully connect to the server. Some of my customers are also reporting this issue. This is happening o...

Re: Setting Printer Tray
Hi
Yes I can do that but the customer is in a busy office and they print work orders for technicians so the print jobs go directly to the printer so extra steps just slow down the process.

Re: How does Smart Sizing Work?
Hi I just discovered that MS Remote Desktop Client has a Zoom feature once you are connected to the server that you can access by right-clicking on the Computer icon at the top left of the screen. It allows you to zoom the screen from 50% to 300% (as long as you do not have smart screen sizing turne...

How does Smart Sizing Work?
I have an application that uses 1024 x 768 screen resolution but if a user has a 4K screen and accesses the application via TSPlus the application appears as a very small square at the top left of the screen. I was hoping that using the smart sizing it might scale up the the connection window so the...

Re: How to execute ".connect" files?
Hi
I looks like I should be using ConnectLauncher.exe in the RDP6 folder under my user profile.

How to execute ".connect" files?
Hi
I ran the Setup-ConnectionClient.exe on my computer but when I double click on the connection client Windows 10 Pro asks me which application to use to open the file. I tried using "mstsc.exe" but nothing happens. What file should I be using with the ".connect" files.?
Thanks,
Simon

Setting Printer Tray
Hi I am wondering whether it is possible to set a default printer tray in the connection client. I have a user that prints work orders from tray 2 on Konica-Minolta C360 laser printer. The problem is that it is printed via Libre Office automation and there is no easy way to set the tray using automa...

Re: RDS using using 70% of System memory
Hi
I was able to unblock the TSPlus download site and install the latest update of TSPlus Advanced Security version 4.5.12.17 and the memory useage has been stable for 24 hours at 111 MB.
