We are not using the File Transfer program. We simply use Windows File dialog to choose the file location and then copy our application copies the data to the file at the specified location.

I have already done that but the issue is that the page never triggers an autologon nor does it ever ask to save the user name and password.

I found that when the application was published it was setup to start in the wrong folder which resulted in the readonly access.
