I just tested on an another TSPlus Server.
Same problem.
TSPlus Version 10.50.11.23 (Not the same as above 11.10.1.2)
Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 OS Build 16299.125.
Do you have any idea ?
Windows 10 Fall Creators update 1709 is the problem ?
Have you ever tested this version ?

All query string parameters in url are mandatory even if they are empty. I misunderstood.
