application names not shown properly in the web view. (While they are running good)

I can confirm issue on IE11, during debugging I found out, that after first request was sent by IE it stopped to send future requests, so instead IE began to deliver cached entries. Fine, Mac developers needed 3 weeks to fix issue happening on your Mac, however it worked fine by me with previous version too, at least the one I had before 33.0..
