Hello bzdega,

there is no way to guess except to get access to problematic system for few days and debug it until catching the state when this cpu load occurs since not reproducible on my systems. Can we arrange it?

"params" can not be passed "as is" alone, it must be passed together with "program" and "startupdir" options.

Thanks for your Input. What i not understand, when the user X is logging in via Connection-Client and logs off, logoff is successfully. This is not the case if the user connects over HTML5. So the logoff button is useless in HTML5? The html5 client is client and not server and has zero influence on...

When i access this with HTML5-Client, pressing "logoff" *** the User never logged of from the Server That is the main point you should mention in the ticket, that when pressing logoff it wents to black screen and doesn't really logoff. So you could exlude by correct description of problem all wrong...

Hello, there was no change regarding that setting from html5 client side, probably main office disabled it since it is not html5 feature to react on this command and only server side part from TSplus finally decides it, probably @admin can assign your ticket to TSplus team if you create ticket. Hello,

webserver reuses Java's TLS engine in its latest version, which supports TLS1.3 too. If you mean that you see the support only of TLS1.0 then upgrade please your TSplus installation! There is nothing extra to configurate.

in latest version following folders and files are rights protected
"webserver"
"webserver/cert.jks"
"webserver/settings.bin"
"webserver/multicerts"
and additionally by usage of internal webserver
"www/download5"
"www/print5"

it is server side setting and it should be there on Windows 2012 R2 Server
If not, upgrade your Windows system firstly and install all missed patches.
