Hi,
In the HTML5 Client, just use the Virtual Printer in the printer dialog window.
At server side, a pdf is generated and send to the client side with all your local printer settings.
This is working very well, so no hassle with printer drivers.

Running the latest TSplus version on our vps in the cloud with Windows 2012 R2.
Connecting with Firefox 50.1.x (HTML5) to our 2012 R2 server is working great, so no problem at all.

Hi Aad,
I have sent the support team a mail with info how they can access my system, so hopefully they will find the cause and come with a solution.
This is very annoying, not be able to print to the Universal Printer with a generated connection Client.exe.
