Thanks for your answer, in the case we work with load balancing with html5 the Linux machines or any other with estándar rdp can access to any server however they not use the load balancing does it right?

I am configuring 3 servers in load balancing, however I would like to know what is the best way to do in order to have access for the portal Gateway (HTML5) and for RDP, taking into account customer need to access with RDP Linux clients and RDP windows clients.
I will be glad with your Help.

Thanks for your answer, then how the application must print in order to be compatible with the Virtual and Universal Printer in a client Linux Envirement?

May be i did not be clear, this text file is .prn file generated in the java printer this is to show what kind of ptinting is.
