We do not support version 9 anymore, this is why it is highly recommended to update.

Hello IvanGB,

What can happen when you update from an old release to a recent one, is that it keeps the browser cache from the version 9. To fix this, you can clear your browser's cache by pressing CTRL+F5 or try with a different browser.

Reinstall TSplus completely if this issue still persist.

Thank you for your feedback and very for late response.

This is normal as it is the new look. TSplus became recently the name of our company and TSplus Remote Access is the name of the previous TSplus software that you currently use.
