Do not re-install your server.

Replace the existing one in C:\wsession by the attached one.

And please let us know is this simple action do fix this issue that we hardly can reproduce.

Sorry for this obvious bug.

It is fixed now.

Please download again the Setup program.

You can also copy from C:\wsession, from C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop
svcr.exe and copy it to C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files
Then reboot (mandatory)
