No main menu in published app (RemoteApp)

We have TSPlus on W2012 R2. We have published dozen of apps and only one published app doesn't have main menu. It is ok on remote desktop but not ok through RemoteApp.
I have tried to disable "Use advanced RemoteFX graphics for RemoteApp" in group policy but it not work :(
Has someone know solution?

Sometimes I prefer to publish folder.exe instead of windows explorer for some users. But there is only home button in folder.exe app. When user enters few folders deeper, he can't return one level up. He have to click home button and enter again few levels. I tried to discover where is the issue and this is the solution.
After changing panel settings, server adds/changes the line "logoffbutton=no" (or yes) in ApplicationPanel.ini. After deleting this line evertything works fine. After adding it, there is error when connecting with client.

You are right, this is not console session. Excuse me :) But TSPlus has set 'terminating disconnected session' to 1 minute. I set it to Never few minutes ago. Second option is 'allow multiple sessions per user'. I switched to 'Only one session per user, the second session will capture the first one'...

Only TSPlus was updated. Last windows update was "2017-12 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4054519)" installed on 13th of December 2017 Before installing update of TSPlus everything worked fine. I have tested trial version 11.10 of TSPlus. Everything was ok until I updated app to the newest version 11.10.1.11. Since then I can't connect to admin console (using 'mstsc /admin' command).
