Re: All logged in users

With a little dev knowledge, you can realise this by yourself: 1. create a batch file query active users on a server and write the result into a .txt file: @echo off SET DATUM=%DATE:~6,4%-%DATE:~3,2%-%DATE:~0,2% SET ZEIT=%TIME:~0,2%-%TIME:~3,2%-%TIME:~6,2% query user > count-active-user-"%DATUM%-%ZE...

Who is using Loadbalacing in a productive environment?

Hi, we have tested the loadbalancing feature a while ago in a 150 user environment with 5 servers. Our results were not so good (profile problems, printing problems) so we changed to one big server for all 150 users which is not the best option. Can someone report from own experience with TsPlus Loa...

Re: HTML5service.exe consumes 30-50% of CPU

Hi,

the CPU load occurs, when HTML5service.exe is running. Stopping this process immedeatly stops the heavy CPUload.

Because the users are only connecting via RDP, stopping the process is no problem. But this is no solution.

I send you a login to this system.

regards,

Michael

Re: HTML5service.exe consumes 30-50% of CPU

After updating to 14.40.12.18 the problem first seems to be gone. But after my (3) users logged on, the HTML5service.exe starts consuming a lot CPU power. Also the AdminTool says, that the webserver is not running, but this is not true. So again my question: what can cause this behavior of HTML5serv...

HTML5service.exe consumes 30-50% of CPU

Hi, one of my TSplus servers has a serious problem with the process HTML5service.exe (OpenJDK platform binary). It consumes 30-50 % of CPU. Is there any known reason for this? There are only 3 users on this server and no one is connected via Browser (all via RDP). TSplus version is 14.30.11.23. 2020...

Re: TSplus fails to update letsencrypt SSL certificate

I discovered a strange behavior when sending a ping to amce-v02.api.letsencrypt.org: my first ping shows "unable to reach host" my second ping on the same address shows a correct answer from that server After that, i was able to run the renewal process for the ssl certificate in the TS Admin Tool. Re: TSplus fails to update letsencrypt SSL certificate

I have to come back to this issue. Letsencrypt informs me, that another Server was unable to update the SSL certificate. I looked into the logfiles under C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\.lego\logs and found this error: 2020/11/15 08:54:09 Could not create client: get directory at 'ht...

Re: TSplus fails to update letsencrypt SSL certificate

I think, i found what causes this error. Someone installed the IIS-Role on this servers, so port 80 had a binding to the IIS. Letsencrypt needs to access the TSplus webserver on port 80 to deliver the SSL certificate. After unstallation the IIS and reinstalling TSplus, i was able to request a new SS...
