I'm evaluating TSPlus and I have a situation where Remote Desktop connect but REMOTEAPP does not work

I made a Config Backup when it was working BUT even after Restore the Remote App does NOT work

Remote Desktop Can't connect for one of these reasons...

TSPlus website says Word/Excel files open automatically and office does not need to be inatalled on tge Host.

I downloaded the 14 day trial

I've tried the Remote app BUT only able to open Word/Excel files stored on the host if MS Offfice is installed on the host!

What am I doing wrong?
