Terminal Service Plus

I am getting these constantly - a few a second, and its all the time. We have moved from remote desktop on an old XP machine to TSPlus - all works well except that we connect to our server via an internet connection - as we did with RDP. The problem is that often the remote session hangs and we have to disconnect and reconnect - I guess due to the internet connection ...

What would people suggest for hardware spec and OS for a system to allow remote access for around 7 users?
Win 7 /10 ? Processor? RAM?
