Username Blocked by RDS Knight

One of our users have been blocked by RDS Knight by username and not IP address, how do we unblock the user? Tried adding to Whitelist.

Hi We have come across this issue a few times recently where if a user called user1 is logged in on two completely different PC's sometimes the prints come out on the other users PC printer. The only possible resolves i can find here is to revert the Universal printer driver back to V1 or reinstall ...

RDS Knight Brute Force Attacks on Port 127.0.0.1

Hi

We have RDS Knight running on a few servers and it has been blocked Brute force attacks nicely but today we have started getting attacks on 127.0.0.1 which is obviously whitelisted already in RDS Knight can we stop these attempts?

Thanks, i now through Microsoft remote desktop have a padlock at the top which confirms its a secure connection but through a TS Plus RDP user shortcut i still get the initial prompt of this publisher cannot be verified? I thought the TS Plus RDP used the same RDP protocol as Microsoft so cannot fat...

Hi We purchase a Wildcard SSL cert from Comodo for all our servers, we have no issues forcing the TS Plus webservers into using this cert to force an encrypted SSL connection via HTTPS but we cannot apply this cert for TS Plus RDP connections.
